Site Assessments
Our experienced experts regularly conduct Phase I, II and III Environmental Site Assessments, prepare Record of Site Condition Reports and other geotechnical, environmental, storm water, hydrogeological, materials and testing services.
Remediation
Once the extent of the contamination has been identified, EAL will work with the client to design a remediation program to clean up contamination

A systematic approach to determining the contaminants on site as well as their pathways for damaging human health or the environment and identifying the steps required to minimize their damage

All work assumes unfettered site access.
Pricing estimates represent total cost of EAL and supplier cost combined.
Suppliers and EAL to be paid 50% in advance and 25% on day of field work, 25% prior to report delivery.
